Nu Electrics Ltd is now a Chas accredited contractor

Nu Electrics Ltd is now a Chas accredited contractor

Nu Electrics Ltd were lucky enough to be invited to take part in a tender process, late 2017 to overhaul the entire back of house lighting at the prestigious retail centre and are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the project which starts early 2018.
Having been on Westfield's approved contractors roll for several years, successfully carrying out numerous short term projects at the retail centre, this latest contract win presents Nu Electrics Ltd with a fantastic opportunity to further our knowledge of the complex site.

Thanks to Gregoire at the CEI French centre in London
Nu Electrics Ltd was selected, as a suitable company to meet the interns needs.
During their time in the UK. The interns learnt about different practices & standards in the UK electrical industry including testing & inspection of electrical installations
Quentin & Jeremy were both a pleasure to have around during the 3 week placement & I hope we helped them enhance their electrical knowledge whilst also enjoying a memorable experience in London

Nu-Electrics has attended a
number of Supply Cross River 2
(SXR2) events since joining
the programme last year.
These include workshops,
Meet the Buyer events as well
as receiving 1:1 support on a
range of business development
topics from assistance with
preparing tenders to help
& advice on preparation of
company policies.
This new knowledge has given
them the confidence to tender
for work which wouldn’t have
been possible a few years ago.
Nu-Electrics successfully got through the PQQ stage and were asked to tender. In January 2015 they won the contract which was worth around £7,000. They are now on the approved contractor framework at Westfield which has already created further tender opportunities with a second contract of a similar size already underway.

"The project has allowed us ‘ to attend many workshops and Meet the Buyer events and given us the confidence to tender for work which would have been far beyond our reach a couple of years ago. It has helped us prepare for the CHAS accreditation too which is priceless in today’s environment. We are looking forward to using this new found knowledge to help us continue to grow as a company by bidding for larger and more diverse contracts."
