A Smart Charging Hub for Cambridge
This central location now serves as a dedicated EV charging hub, allowing residents, commuters, and visitors to recharge their vehicles while shopping, dining, or working in the heart of Cambridge. The new infrastructure supports both rapid top-ups and longer stays.
Overcoming Site Challenges

 - Sourcing and distributing the significant additional power load required
 - Working around tight structural constraints in the basement level
 - Ensuring compliance with local authority standards for safety and accessibility
 - Minimising operational downtime for the car park throughout the works
