Please note our Terms and Conditions for the delivery and payment of our service as Nu Electrics Limited (the Company)

Our Service

The Company will provide electrical installation & contracting services based on the information specified in our quotation.

Service Summary

The Company will provide the service as specified in the associated Schedule of Work. The Client may request a variation to the contract in writing for approval by the Company. The Company will consider the impact of the service variation and reserves the right to charge additional fees to deliver the new service.

The Company reserves the right to charge for additional services outside the original Statement of Work. The Company will provide a quotation for the Client to approve in writing before commencing further work.

Work Variations

Any amendments to the original quotation must be in written form, either through email or an approved Purchase Order. Nu Electrics Limited will only act on instructions received in this form.

Billing

The Client will be billed the amount specified in the agreed proposal. Where deposit payments are required, the Client will make an initial payment of the agreed percentage or amount before any work begins. The Client will be issued invoices in stages after completing an agreed schedule of work.

Payments

Payments are expected within 30 days of the invoice date. The Company reserves the right to charge interest on late payments at 8% over the Bank of England base rate per day.

The chargeable amount will be based on the remaining outstanding invoices. Failure to make the payments by the Client will result in the Company halting the service until the due payment(s) is/are made.

Overdue Invoices

Where payments are not made after 90 days, the Company will pursue the debt through the appropriate legal processes. We reserve the right to charge interest pursuant to the Late Payment of Debts Act (1998).

Site Welfare

The Client will provide for site welfare of the Company employees and safe storage for equipment and tools unless the Company has agreed otherwise.

Right To Cancellation

We reserve the right to halt work where payments are not made or our terms and conditions are not met.
