Powering Progress at Brook Green: Temporary Electrical Systems for the Former EMI HQ Redevelopment
Nu Electrics delivers robust temporary site power and lighting infrastructure for one of London’s landmark redevelopments.

The Brook Green redevelopment, once home to EMI’s headquarters, is now undergoing a major transformation led by Bennett Construction. Nu Electrics has been appointed to design and deliver a comprehensive temporary electrical system to support the entire construction phase.
Our scope includes power supplies for tower cranes, hoists, site welfare facilities, and temporary construction plant. A 400V distribution network serves the site, with step-down transformers providing 110V power and lighting for safe day-to-day operations. In addition to system setup, our team continues to provide ongoing maintenance, testing, and rapid-response breakdown cover throughout the project’s duration.
This redevelopment represents another example of how Nu Electrics supports large-scale construction with reliable, compliant temporary electrical solutions - ensuring safety, continuity, and efficiency from the first day on site to project completion.
